First of all, and contender for my favourite so far: a gold filled wire wrap keishi pearl necklace! (and matching bracelet... not pictured)
And next we have my very first leather cuff! I cannot claim all the work on this one - the leather had been cut, and the center silver oval had already been made, but I did all the sewing/attaching, and I made the silver button on the end, also a first!
Then I spent an afternoon practicing my wire wrapping with copper (after totally butchering a gold filled wire wrap earring to match the lovely necklace I made... oops... =) so I ended up with about 9 pairs of various earrings which looked mostly like these:
I also made a pretty li'l copper wire wrapped wring with some tiny pearls & crystals - I hope to make more of these soon, it was a lot of fun!
Then I thought, light box photos are all well and good, but what do these pieces look like on an actual human? This is where my lovely friend Amanda came into play... Just for fun, she stopped by last Sunday for a mini photo shoot on location at scenic Drexel Street... =)
So that's all for now, hopefully there will be a lot more to come in the near future!
Emma
